In order to reserve your party with us, please come by the Imaginarium to fill out a party contract and leave a $100 deposit. We require a $100 deposit to hold the reservation, which is applied to the cost of the party on the day of the party. Party deposits are not refundable, but can be transferred to another available party date.
Imaginarium Food Policy:
As per the City of Laredo Health Department, all food served inside the museum must be provided by a licensed vendor. This includes any cakes, treats, snacks or candies you wish to provide for your guests in addition to any food or meals you would like to serve. Please come by the museum to view a menu of licensed food vendors who offer a discount for Imaginarium Parties. All food and drinks must remain in the party area. Tips for hosting your party at the Imaginarium:
- The Imaginarium Party Area can hold 36 children and 54 adults.
- We recommend booking your party at least one month in advance to book a specific date. Please call the Imaginarium at 956-728-0404 for available dates.
- Any changes to your party must be made 2 weeks in advance. This includes cancellations, changing your party date, and adding or cancelling party extras.
- If you plan on bringing decorations & table cloths, the party area contains 7 large tables and 6 child-size tables. There are also tables for serving food, presenting the cake, and holding gifts and/or goody bags.
- If you are looking for a quiet/more private party, we suggest booking your party during the week (either on a Wednesday or Thursday evening). We also recommend that you check our calendar for any special events at the museum that may draw a large crowd.

- The Imaginarium has ice chests you can use, free of charge - just bring the ice!
- You are allowed to come into the museum 1 hour prior to the start of your party for setup and decorations.
- You (the party host) are allowed to load and unload your party supplies through our back door prior to and after your party ONLY. The Imaginarium cannot allow parking at the back door throughout the party due to Fire Code restrictions.
- You (the party host) are allowed to bring up to 5 people with you to assist with decorations.
- All party guests must enter through the front doors of the museum (inside the mall) and sign in at the front desk. All guests must also exit through the front doors of the museum.
- The Imaginarium has goody bags available for purchase if you don’t have the time!
